- so update on the bail.
i am not bailing him out. the bail bonds lady was very helpful tho.
he has a chump ticket in dallas for $155. she said it was best to just pay that since it is so small. so i am taking care of that tomorrow.
the has the 3 tickets in NRH. he origianlly pled not guilty on those thinking he could bond out. not so. if he pleads guilty, he will get times served and some community service (he has already talked to the judge)
but that leaves the 6 dallas county tickets. $1200. $600 to bond out. that is not happening. but she told me what they were for. no insurance, expired tag, and not license. and i am like what? no license? then i remembered that he told me a friend of his got pulled over in his truck.
so...
after he gets the NRH stuff cleared up, he still has to deal with those but i think he wants to plead not guilty on those and have them dismissed. or, he might get lucky and if dallas doesnt' come get him, NRH might let him go. then he can call and take care of the $1200 on his own without having to got to the nasty dallas pen.
anyway, i am feeling better. i don't think he will be there past this weekend. it just depends on what dallas county does.

oh, and shows what NRH knows. they are the ones that told me that he had 14 tickets.
