oh, and that brownie back there on the credenza....waiting.....waiting.....
party girl and i talked about halloween and men and partying in general.
neither of us has been in the partying mood lately.
sunday morning, they found a half nude woman beaten and raped in uptown. while this is nto downtown, it is a paart of town we have been know to be seen in.
and that is kind of freaky.
she has still not been able to talk to police.
anyway, that got us talking about our "rules" for going out and how they have changed since we were young and stupid.
you know, back in the day when you would just hop in some guys car and go home with him and not even think twice about it.
now he would be a serial killer or would be the ringer for a big gang bang party.
or both.
now, i have nto done that in years but PG had one of those experiances in the past year or so. he said he was a policeman. btu i told her - whatever. anyone could say they are a policeman. and not like that means much with some of the riff raff they are letting on the force in dallas these days anyway. so she woke up in his apartment and bolted teh next morning wearing his robe, carrying her clothes.
how bad it that?
i am not that much better. i let strangers into my apartment. not often. not often anymore at all but i have.
these days i just want to hybernate anyway.
but come summer.....
