ode to "angel"

- part of me is very sad.
as i sat and watched the 2nd to last episode of "angel" last night, i realized that after next week, there will no loger be any real "good vs. evil" shows on TV.
i know, there are repeats and DVD's but it's not the same.
with all the crap that is going on in the world - not just the war but all the shitty things that are happening - it seems to give me hope when i see the "bad" guys going down.
there is something about the fact that angel fights EVIL. and that sometimes, those demons turn out to be senators....
so next week, they will take on the most evil of all and at least one of them will die. (i am guessing wesley)
i did love that it was the kiss from cordy that set off this last chain of events. that was perfect. that whle cordy episode was my 2nd favorite (after the puppet one) of this whole season.
i hope that joss does as great a job sending off "angel" as he did with "buffy".
