see, this cleanse thing i am on is a high fiber colon blow thing. this bark shake thing in the mornings and some pills at night. it takes 10 days.
last night, when i got home, i ate some kashi go lean crunch cereal from dinner.(i didn't notice the honey bunches of oats until AFTER i poured the milk) for those of you no in the know? the kashi cereal is very high in fiber.
it hit me while i was watching the repeat of "outback jack - i'll get to that in a minute - total cramps. stomach churning, intestines twisting. PAIN!
i drank a big glass of water and it calmed down.
it all moved thru this morning, in case you wanted to know.
so "outback jack"? lame. i was so dissappointed! he's cute and all but the girls are totally lame. i might watch it one more time, just to give it a chance but it was not holding my attention at all.
now, "my so called life" repeat that i have seen 50 times? not only did i TIVO it on my parents dish, but i watched it too! and i didn't fall asleep. i am sure they are going to wonder why MSCL is all up in their dish but no more than i wonder why they have "who wants to be a millionaire" on there?
i fell asleep watching "queer eye" - i didn't get to see his whole makeover. but i did get to see the swimming part with kyan in swim trunks and bare chested! how cute is he? i think he is a little sway backed. i really want to rub on his belly.
oh, this is how fucked up that crazy woman across the hall from me is. yesterday, i was bitchin' about my friend next door calling in sick and stealing my idea, right? she wasn't sick! her neighbors house burned down in the middle of the night and she got no sleep! thanks for that info you hag! i found out this morning. i swear that woman is on crack.
and my dad just called on his crappy cell phone. crackle crackle crackle, hi! it sounds like they are having fun.
i gotta run. i am having a little intestinal distress!
