- i finally got to talk to my mom a little while ago.
she said he used "partner" as a "figure of speech". i said, mom, it is NOT a figure of speech. he thinks i'm gay. she still says no and we went on to talk about something else.
whatever.
i did ask my sister-in-law and she laughed her ass off.
so did anyone else i told.
and yes, my mom and dad have totally glommed onto my vegas christmas vacation. same flights, same hotel even. i told them both that we would NOT be hanging out together the entire time. dammit.
"smallville" last night was kinda sexy. not lanna but just naked clark dancing in his underpants and then chained up. i was disappointed in how little lois had to say.
i am thinking "CSI:NY" pretty much sucks. and the fact that CBS broke in at the last minute to announce that yassir arafat was finally dead and we missed the resolution? i don't care so much. it was a shitty thing to do, i could have waited 5 minutes, but i won't cry or anything.
i bought another really cute pair of rocket dog clogs today. $20. they are pink suede. and match the lining of my coat.
i have seen many pairs of shoes that are begging to come home to my closet in the past two days. i promise i won't forget about you wine, fur-toed carlos santana pumps! or you blue pucci inspired carlos santana pumps. (can you tell i am totally enamored with his new stuff?) i know there are lots more of you wanting me to buy you...but you will have to wait.
it is late, and i still have a few things to do before i can leave....
