- it was hotter than hell this weekend.
yesterday i laid around and watched movies.
"the wedding date" - pretty good. i had problems with parts of it because the chick was sucha doormat but i guess she got over it in the end. i watched it twice. the second time with the commentary. i think i might have liked the "darker" version.
"a lot like love" - best thing abotu this movie? ashton and the liberal use of my internet boyfriend's name - aka "bon jovi". and ashton's butt.
"the butterfly effect" - i had very low expectations so i ended up actually liking this movie!
now, looking back over what i watched...can you see that i was channelling the ashton/demi saturday wedding?
i also made brownies yesterday in my little oven. the middle wasn't cooked but other than that? excellent!
i finished my book this morning. i pretty much read the entire thing this weekend. "breaking point" by suzanne brockmann. loved it. love her.
my dad called me yesterday morning. he got a new dodge dakota and he wants it in the garage. with my mom's car. and all the SHIT they have stored out there. so...he now has the overwhelming project of going thru lots of crap and purging. mom and i have been trying to do this for awhile. but he is a packrat. a neat packrat but still a packrat.
but the weird part? he wanted to know if there was a market for playboy mags from the mid 70's to mid 80's. my day asked my opinion on something PORN! it was weird! and he said he had BOXES of it to get rid of.
so i did my daughterly duty and did some research and found a place that might by the whole sha-bang. we'll see. he might just get into the ebay business.
we also have about a zillion trading cards (football, baseball and comic) 10,000+ comic books and a bunch of 78RPM records. i tried explaining the basics to him today. he may be internet retarded.
this should be interesting.
i need a shower.
