- well, the pizza was ordered and it came.
and i did NOT partake at ALL. it helped that it was rat pizza.
and can i tell you? it smells like rat ass in the hallway. there is still some sitting out there. just waiting for someone to eat it's rat ass.
yuck.
i have not cheated today at all.
i have had approx 80 carbs so far today. 700 calories.
too few, i know. but i am getting back in the swing of things.
i need some protein in there somewhere. and some veggies. i'll work on that.
the big test is to get my ass out and walk when i get home. the whole exercise thing is a pain in the ass. i refuse to join a gym and throw away another $350.
i think a giant salad wth some tuna tonight....
