- Can you hear me? If you can, it's a freaking miracle! hte jacjhammering has been going on since 7am this morning. it's almost 6pm now. they are not done. i went out to yell at the workers. the foreman was "nice" enough to watn me that they are woring on a permit to finish the work one NIGHT this week! WTF? does mayor miller forget that people DO already live downtown? she is such a fucking hag.
i had to work most of the day. i am having issues with one of my employees. not only can she not get to work before 9am to save her life (or her job, apparentlly) but she can't meet deadline either. she was suppose dto have a bunch of shit done and to me before she left yesterday. she was so tired that she went to "dinner" at 6pm. at 7:30, she still had not returned. i guess happy hour ran long? anyway, i left her a note that i would be in today and that i expected everything in my basket. i noticed that most of it was printed after 10pm. interesting.
it actlyy has been raining for about 20 minutes..it was rolling in when i came out of central market. and when i went downstairs a few minutes ago to buy some beer to drown out the jackhammer, it had made it downtown.
hmmm, and interesting the worker men have left and the raod is not finished off. i guess they melt.
a TV tidbit - has anyone been watching "HEX" on BBC america? love it! my new favorite show.
